- Financial Transactions: includes details about payments to and from you, and other details of Events you have joined or organized. Note: We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers; these are processed directly by our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
- Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and operating system and platform.
- Profile and Usage Data: includes your username and password, purchases, interests, preferences (e.g., favorite sports, skill levels), feedback, and survey responses, as well as information about how you use our Platform.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data in the following circumstances:
- To register you as a new user and manage your account.
- To process and deliver your Event bookings and payments.
- To facilitate communication between you and Event organizers, venues, or other players (e.g., team chat).
- To manage our relationship with you, including notifying you about changes to our terms or requesting reviews.
- To administer and protect our business and the Platform (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance).
- To deliver relevant content and advertisements to you and measure the effectiveness of the advertising we serve.
4. Disclosures of Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in Section 3:
- Event Organizers & Venues: When you book or join an Event, we share necessary Identity and Contact Data with the organizer and venue for access and safety purposes.
- Other Users: Some Profile Data (such as username, avatar, and skill level) is visible to other users on the Platform to facilitate team building and matchmaking.
- Service Providers: IT and administration services, payment processors, and customer support infrastructure.
- Professional Advisers: Lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.
- Legal Authorities: Where disclosure is strictly required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed.
